Skillance offers foreign-language, IELTS and digital-skills training programmes. Each programme may have its own eligibility requirements, level structure, curriculum, duration, batch schedule, delivery format and fee.
Joining one course does not automatically entitle a student to another course, level, examination, certification or external qualification unless that entitlement is specifically stated in the relevant enrolment terms.

Course enrolment is subject to seat availability and confirmation by Skillance. An enquiry or preliminary conversation does not by itself constitute enrolment.
Fees
Applicable course fees should be confirmed before payment. Any taxes, examination fees, study materials, government charges, application charges or third-party fees should be clarified where relevant.
Payment
Once a payment is made, the applicable fee, batch and service terms communicated at the time of purchase may apply. Refunds, cancellations and batch-transfer rules are governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy and any specific written terms provided to the student.
6. Attendance, Participation & Student Conduct
Students are responsible for attending scheduled classes, completing assigned work, participating appropriately and maintaining respectful behaviour toward trainers and other learners.
Skillance may take reasonable action where a student's behaviour materially disrupts teaching, threatens safety, involves harassment, fraud or misuse of course resources, subject to applicable terms and law.
Students are responsible for maintaining their own login credentials or access information where an online learning platform is used.
7. Course Materials & Recordings
Course notes, books, worksheets, exercises, presentations, recordings where provided, assessments and other educational resources may be protected by intellectual-property rights.
Unless expressly permitted by Skillance, students must not commercially reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly upload, share in unauthorised groups or otherwise exploit course materials.
8. Germany Visa & Canada PR Consultancy
Skillance may provide counselling, profile assessment, documentation guidance, application-support or related consultancy services concerning international education, Germany pathways and Canada permanent-residence pathways.
Consultancy is a guidance and support service. Skillance does not control decisions made by governments, immigration authorities, visa officers, educational institutions, employers, provincial authorities or other third parties.
No statement on this website should be understood as a guarantee that an applicant will receive a visa, admission, job offer, nomination, invitation to apply, permanent residence or any other immigration outcome.
Applicants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. False, incomplete or misleading information can negatively affect an application and may have legal consequences.
